Every healthcare resiliency program needs a Steering Committee. It's common to bump-up against difficulties obtaining leadership buy-in throughout this process, so it's important to have a group dedicated to supporting your program. During and after your leadership briefing you are going to want to reinforce that this is a process that will continue to mature over time as you continue to move through each stage of your continuity program.
