Tracy Miller, Senior Advisor
Tracy Miller is a diverse Emergency Management professional, with extensive experience in program development and management, regional and state health care coalition leadership, education, and healthcare EM consulting. Tracy received her Master of Nursing, Population Health with a concentration in Emergency Management and is board certified as a National Healthcare Disaster Professional (NHDP-BC).
Her previous roles include development, maintenance, and compliance of trauma and preparedness programs, operationalizing and managing COVID testing and mass vaccination clinics, and clinical undergraduate nursing instruction.
Lori Wallman, Senior Advisor
Lori Wallman has worked in public health and healthcare emergency preparedness for over two decades in various roles. Wallman has a B.S. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.P.H. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She began her career in vaccine research at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
Upon receiving her master’s degree, she started working in public health emergency preparedness in the Wisconsin Hospital Emergency Preparedness Program. After 12 years with the program, Wallman moved on to independent consulting in public health and healthcare preparedness. Client projects have ranged from hospital exercises and emergency planning to public health education and curriculum development. She also holds an adjunct faculty position teaching Emergency Management courses at Marian University.
